We can do as much or as little as you would like.
There are many different "stages" of home preparation for our clients to choose from. Prices vary as homes do. Proposals at Home Stage Home are always free. We will come to your house, look at the entire property and then give you a proposal of our services. We want you to feel comfortable and confident that we'll do a great job for you.

Stage One: Consultation
If you want to stage your home yourself and simply need advice this is the option for you. We will meet with you to understand your needs and familiarize ourself with your property inside and out. After taking digital pictures, which can be shown on our stagedhomes.com website for added exposure, we will create a detailed report of everything you need to do to prepare your house to receive top dollar.
Cost = $150 - $500 depending on square footage
Stage Two: Consultation with partial stage
This includes the consultation listed above with actual staging help on the day of the broker’s open, an open house, or any other important showing date. Home Stage Home may provide necessary accessories and furniture to give your house that wow factor.
Cost = $250 - $2,000 depending on square footage.
Stage Three: Complete staging of an occupied home
We will do all of the above plus everything else needed to completely prepare your home for sale. We like to use as many of your own possessions to keep rental costs down and we’ve become experts at de-cluttering and using what already exists in your house to make it sparkle.
Cost = $350 - $3,500 depending on square footage
Stage Four: Complete staging of a vacant home
We do it all! We will supply all the accessories, furniture and artwork to make your house outshine the other vacant houses down the block. For a low monthly rental fee your house will remain staged and beautiful at every time of day for every potential buyer. Home Stage Home will also de-stage the property at the close of escrow.
Cost = $500 - $5,000 depending on square footage.

De-cluttering proving stressful for you? We can help you sell your unwanted items on Ebay or Craig’s list. Our 100% positive feedback makes us a hit with buyers. If you simply can't part with some items, we’ll box them and store them for you as well. At Home Stage Home we want to make this experience as easy and stress-free as possible.
The house had many unique characteristics which were highlighted by your keen eye and your attention to detail. Where its rustic, ranch style may have limited its appeal, your staging showed that it was equally suitable for both casual and upscale events.
